As a SOHO business owner I can’t begin to tell you how frustrating it was to only have access to dial-up…until Andrews Wireless came to the rescue! I continue to be amazed by the speed of my connection and I am absolutely thrilled when I receive large emails that do not take 3 years to arrive in my inbox anymore. Around the time of the installation I needed to download a 20 MB file for a client and I did not dare to attempt on the dial-up connection because it would have taken hours. After the installation I figured the download would take sometime but when it only took 4 minutes I was shocked! The installation process was seamless and I can’t begin to thank you enough for the improvement this has made in my productivity as a small business owner.

Freedom is such a wonderful thing. For years we have only had dial-up internet available to us. It wasn't so bad when there was only 1 or 2 people using the computer but now the kids are older (2 teens and a pre-teen) and internet use is an important part of life for them, both for school and personally. So I have had a couple of years with kids (and adults) in line to use the very slow dial-up and we were constantly telling each other to hurry up because one of us had to use the phone or we were wanting our time on the computer. It was so frustrating!!! Just before Christmas, we decided to take the plunge and get internet through Andrews. It was the smartest thing we have ever done. Their support and professionalism made the whole process very easy. They set it up on the desktop and also set up the connection to the other computers. I now have 3 people on the internet at one time AND I can still get phone calls. What a novel concept!!!! If you are slugging away with the slow dial-up, I highly suggest you talk to the very friendly and helpful people at Andrews Wireless. They are knowledgeable and they will do they best to accomodate you......they evey came out to our house to install on CHRISTMAS EVE so I could surprise the family with their new internet.
